Senior Analog/Mixed Signal IC Designer

Description and Responsibilities:

- Design of low-voltage, deep-sub-micron analog and mixed-signal CMOS circuits in highly complex RF system IC

- Design of DC-DC converter, low-dropout regulator (LDO), wideband VGA, ADC, DAC and filter

- Design and verification of calibration algorithms such as DC offset, LO rejection, IQ gain and phase mismatch, TX power control, etc in RF systems

Requirements:
- Minimum MSEE with strong emphasis in analog and mixed-signal IC design
- Minimum 7 years of IC design experience in industry
- Strong knowledge of verilog-A & Matlab
- Knowledge of verilog is a plus
- Experience in RF communication systems is desirable
- Experience in Cadence Spectre, SpectreRF, AMS and Virtuoso
- Experience with high volume IC manufacturing is a plus
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment
